Cover pictures come from the podcast feed (or the show photograph if an episode has none). Administrators who are logged in see Star this episode, Move up and Move down on every episode: starred episodes always come first, and moving an episode switches the order to My order in the Panel. • Testimonies now has two tabs, List and Map. The Map tab shows a Google map with a dot for each person; moving over (or tapping) a dot shows their picture, name and Read full testimony, and nothing else. People in the same town get dots side by side so none are hidden. The map is only loaded when the Map tab is opened, and a line says Google may set cookies. To switch it on, add a Google Maps key to site/config/config.php as 'gtv.mapskey' => 'YOUR_KEY' (restrict the key to this website in Google). Until a key is added, only administrators see the Map tab. Administrators get a button to find each person's position from their place name (saved to their Map latitude and longitude), and can drag any dot and press Save position to correct it.

• Testimonies: the list is now three cards across (two on tablets, one on phones) and the page heading reads The Testimonies. The audio player and the video sit in a boxed panel with a purple top bar, and the minute-read line is gone. New optional Pictures field on every testimony part (add pictures, a caption and a credit in the Panel): the pictures show as small thumbnails with captions in the side column (only when a part has pictures) and open larger in a viewer with Previous, Next and Escape. The Imports page now shows, for each imported person, how many pictures they have (or No pictures yet), and counts people with pictures. The Imports page is full width and tidier, and each imported person has a drop zone: drag pictures onto it (or click to choose) and they are added to that person's first part, with a count of pictures still needing a caption and an Edit pictures link to the Panel. The Testimonies card can also copy each person's pictures and their captions from the old Modula galleries (matched by gallery name to the person and part; a list shows which gallery goes where and anything that did not match). The importer now carries a copy of all 159 old galleries (558 pictures with their captions) taken from the old site's export file, so it no longer depends on the old site answering; if a gallery is missing from that copy it falls back to reading the old part page. On the Testimonies page the pictures are held by a focus point (default: near the top, so heads are not cut off), and an administrator who is logged in sees a pencil on each card to move the picture left, right, up or down and save it. Each person on the Imports page lists their parts with audio, transcript and picture status. The stylesheet link now refreshes automatically when the CSS changes.

• Testimonies are built. The Testimonies page shows a card for each person in two columns (one on phones): portrait, name, (born: birth name) in smaller writing, place, the card text and Read full testimony. There is a search box and an A to Z / Z to A button. Each card goes straight to the person's first part, usually Life before the war; there is no separate page for a person. A part page has the audio player (or a YouTube video), the full transcript with speaker labels, a list of the person's parts in the side column with the current one marked, Previous and Next, and share icons. In the Panel, a person has a Person tab and a Parts tab where the parts are dragged into order; the first one is where the card goes. Every person and part has the Checked switch. New Testimonies card on the Imports page: scan the old website, tick the people you want, and import them in turn with a progress report (it also lists anything to check, such as audio not found or a first part that is not Life before the war), plus a button to remove ticked people so you can start again. The old website is only read, never changed. import-testimonies.php does the same from the command line. Search engines see a title such as Name - Part, a description from the card text, and the portrait as the share picture.

• New Imports page for administrators at /imports (also in the Panel under Pages, Imports). Log in to the Panel, open the page and press a button to bring in News, Resources or Podcasts from the old website, or run all three in order. No import key is needed. Each importer shows where it copies from, how much is already on the site, when it last ran, a plain-English result and the full report. A tick box refreshes items that were already imported. A new import-all.php runs all three from the command line, so it can be set up as a scheduled task in Plesk (for example nightly for the podcast feed). The page is not linked from the website, is kept out of search engines and the sitemap, and the old key-based addresses still work. News import fixed: it was asking the old site for the wrong content type ("gtvnews" instead of "gtv_news"), found nothing, and fell back to the ordinary blog posts, so some stories that did not come from /gtvnews/ were imported. It now reads only the gtv_news type, skips anything whose address is not under /gtvnews/, and stops with a clear message if the list cannot be read. On the Imports page the News card lists any stories already on the site that did not come from /gtvnews/ and has a button to remove them (stories ticked as Checked are never removed). News stories, Resources collections and podcast episodes now have a "Checked" switch at the top of their page in the Panel: switch it on once you have read the page and it is correct. The importers never overwrite a page that is switched on, and the Imports page shows how many are checked.
