Rules and accessibility

Square corners on content. Round corners only on pill buttons.
Content is at most 1084px wide (--wrap) and works at phone width.
WCAG 2.2 AA: text 4.5:1, targets at least 44px, a real label on every field, visible keyboard focus.
Buttons are <a> or <button>, never a clickable div. Icon-only controls need an aria-label.
Links that open a new tab say so for screen readers (sr-only text).
No emoji as icons. Pictures need alt text (or empty alt when decorative).
New CSS goes at the end of assets/css/site.css in a commented block.
Every release bumps the version and adds a Changelog entry; the footer follows the newest entry.
config.php is never shipped.
