Using our materials

We provide a range of educational resources designed to help teachers and students engage with the history of the Holocaust through the unique lens of Scottish connections.

Our materials include lesson plans, classroom activities, and primary source testimonies that align with the Curriculum for Excellence and are appropriate for children from the age of 10. These resources aim to foster empathy, critical thinking, and a deeper understanding of human rights and social justice.

For younger children, the video and book ‘In my Pocket’ by Dorrith Sim explain what it can feel like to be a young refugee having to adapt to a new culture.
